Order Requirements

• All customers must log in.  New accounts must first register.
• By phone: Monday thru Friday, 9am to 6pm EST at 603-544-2084

Payment

• No cash or COD orders
• All payments in US funds
• We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal as well as bank check, or personal check.
• A $35.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.

• Feel free to place your orders online, by phone, or by mail.

            

Shipping

• All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS unless otherwise requested.
• All shipments must have a complete delivery address – PO boxes are not acceptable.
• Allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery on most orders. Backorders will be shipped as soon as possible.
• Most orders are filled within 10 - 15 business days.  But we must occasionally build the product upon a order and that may take 15 business days. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.. 

Cancellations, Damage and/or Returns

• Cancellations must be completed before the shipping process by calling our Customer Service Department during business hours or by sending notification via our website.
• Returns must be authorized by our Customer Service Department before returning any item.
• All returned merchandise must be complete, unaltered and in original packaging.
• Returns or cancelled orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping errors, damage or shortages must be reported by calling Customer Service Department no later than 10 days from receipt of delivery.
• Any  visible signs of damage must be made to the delivering carrier.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  NOTE: Retain all packaging material until damage claim is resolved.
